Aware that the company provides free of charge, in the areas under its responsibility, where possible, to and from the Meeting Points specifically designated pursuant to Articles 11 and 12, paragraph 3 of the European Regulation on the rights of passengers traveling by sea and inland waterways, assistance to persons with disabilities or PRMs, during boarding and disembarking operations and on board ships. The assistance is adapted, if possible, to the individual needs of the person with disabilities or reduced mobility (Art. 10 EU Reg. 1177/2010).

The following Meeting Points are the designated locations where persons with disabilities or PRMs must go, independently, to receive the requested assistance:
