Do you need assistance for yourself or someone travelling with you?

For trips to Croatia, the Central Adriatic Ports Authority provides a free assistance service to passengers with reduced mobility traveling through the port of Ancona.

The service must be requested 48h before transit, by completing and submitting the downloadable form at the following link: https://porto.ancona.it/it/il-porto/il-porto-di-ancona/passeggeri-porto-di-ancona2/passeggeri-con-disabilita

For all other SNAV routes, in order to arrange the necessary assistance, please contact us 5 to 2 business days before departure by filling out the following form:
