Whistleblowing
SNAV S.p.A. has implemented a reporting system that can be used by all Company employees and anyone who comes into contact with the Company (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors, customers) to report violations of specific internal or external regulations, ensuring correctness, transparency, and ethics in business operations, while also guaranteeing compliance with the regulatory provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 regarding whistleblowing and containing “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions” (hereinafter the “Whistleblowing Decree”).
This system ensures confidentiality and privacy in handling received reports, protecting both the whistleblower and the reported person.
Reports can be submitted through the following channels:
- https://snav.integrityline.com/. This is an electronic channel managed by a dedicated application that ensures confidentiality requirements through a security system characterized by, among other things, the use of cryptographic systems;
- traditional postal address: addressed to the Reports Manager, for the attention of SNAV’s Supervisory Body, Molo Angioino, 80133, Naples. Additionally, the report must be enclosed in two sealed envelopes: the first containing the Whistleblower’s identification data along with a photocopy of their ID document; the second containing the Report, to separate the Whistleblower’s identification data from the Report. Both envelopes must then be placed in a third sealed envelope marked on the outside with “whistleblowing report, confidential – do not open“.
- direct meeting with the Reports Manager, which can be requested via the Manager’s email address: snav@snav.it.
All reports sent through the channels described above are directed to, received, and examined by the Reports Manager of SNAV S.p.A.
The following act as Reports Managers:
- Members of the Supervisory Body;
- External consultant appointed for management.
