IMPORTANT! From August 3, 2026, paper identity cards will no longer be valid for travel, even if they are still within their validity period.

EU Regulation 2019/1157 requires security standards that paper documents do not meet.

You must therefore replace your paper identity card with an Electronic Identity Card (CIE) before your departure date in order to travel.

Each passenger must present the original of the registered document (Electronic Identity Card or Passport) at the ticket office.
