SNAV Refund Request

    Do you need to cancel your reservation?

    Before cancelling your reservation, please read the "Refunds and Changes" section of our Conditions of Carriage, as follows:

    Art. 12.1/Art. 10 Once concluded, the contract cannot be terminated by the contractors. SNAV, however, notwithstanding Art. 400 of the Navigation Code, grants the right to obtain a partial refund to a passenger who has purchased a ticket online or through Call Center and no longer intends or is unable to depart. The amount of the refund, with the exception of presale and booking fees which are always borne by the passenger and are not refundable, will be 100% of the cost of the ticket if the request for refund is received at least 30 days before the departure date, 80% of the cost of the ticket if the request is received between the 29th day and 48 hours before departure, and 50% of the cost of the ticket if the request is received between 48 hours and 4 hours before departure.

    A passenger who submits a cancellation request between 4 hours before the departure and the time departure, or who fails to show up for boarding for any reason (no show), is not entitled to a refund.

    The full amount for tickets containing special fares referred to in the following article, or promoted from time to time in information brochures, websites or travel agencies is not refundable.

    I understand that, except for presale and reservation fees, the refund of my reservation will be 80% of the ticket cost if the request is sent within 48 hours before the scheduled departure and 50% of the ticket cost if the request is sent between 48 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled departure. As stated in the Conditions of Carriage, exceptions are made for cancelled departures due to adverse weather conditions and/or vessel breakdowns.
