CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY SNAV POLICY
USEFUL INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLING – Emergency management of COVID-19
Lines to and from Croatia
Notice for passengers departing from – to Croatia
We invite our customer traveling from/to Croatia to show up at check-in at the SNAV ticket offices with the following documents for each passenger:
- fill up the digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) https://app.euplf.eu/ (mandatory to enter Italy)
- covid certification, GREEN PASS
- Passport and/or Identity Card valid for expatriation, for each passengers, underage included
- Snav Ticket
The current legislation in force (circulars from the Ministry of Health and EU Regulation 2021/953) has tightened the check-in procedures by requiring the Carrier and the Border Maritime Police to check, in addition to the ordinary document checks, the green certifications, Green Pass, and dPLF.
These checks are mandatory, therefore in order to avoid further lengthening of waiting times during the check-in procedures, a circumstance that occurs in the event of irregular documentation (e.g. failure to complete the dPLF in advance), we invite you to prepare all documents listed above prior to arrival in port (3 hours prior to ship departure time).
For details and updates on the limitations and provisions for travel in Italy and to/from Italy, please see the dedicated pages of the Ministry
