Passengers with reduced mobility, disabled, ill or those who need special assistance are required to inform the Carrier, at the time of booking at the ticket office, or by phone by contacting the Contact Center at +39 (0) 81.42.85.555 or at the time of online booking by ticking the appropriate box in the passenger information, and possibly sending the request to the Carrier, in order to allow him to prepare the necessary assistance, the documentation that certifies the right, or the particular need, at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Further information on the procedure to be adopted is provided by art. 10 of the general conditions of carriage.
Please be willing to collaborate for the controls by keeping available identity documents and travel certificates, and following the instructions given by our ashore and board staff personnel in service. Finally, it should be remembered that once inside the pre-embarkation area, it will not be possible to exit except for emergencies.
